Payments are accepted in USD only. Customers are responsible for verifying the authenticity of the link before proceeding. Upon successful payment, a digital receipt and invoice will be automatically sent via email.

5. Order & Transaction Verification Policy

AUREON LIMITED may conduct identity verification for transactions deemed high-value or high-risk. This may include verification of email, IP address, or Payoneer account ownership. The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or risk indicators are detected, ensuring compliance with Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

6. Digital Software Delivery Policy

Software products are delivered electronically to the registered email within 1–3 hours after payment confirmation. Each delivery includes download links, installation guides, and activation codes (if applicable).

Customers should check spam/junk folders if no email is received. AUREON LIMITED keeps a log of delivery time, email records, and digital proof of dispatch for verification in case of disputes.

7. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of software delivery, all payments made are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may apply only if:

  • Duplicate payment occurred
  • A verified system error prevented delivery

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours to aureoncontact@gmail.com or aureoncompany@gmail.com, including the order ID and proof of issue. Requests beyond this period will not be considered.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Unpaid orders can be canceled within 2 hours of submission. Once payment has been made, orders cannot be canceled, as software licenses and files are generated automatically upon payment confirmation.

9. Warranty & Technical Support Policy

AUREON LIMITED provides free technical support for 30 days after product delivery. The warranty covers installation guidance, activation issues, and minor technical malfunctions.

Warranty does not cover user-induced damage, modification of software files, or violations of license terms. All support requests must be sent via email during business hours (GMT+8).

10. Intellectual Property Policy

All software, images, source codes, and materials available on storesrc.com are owned by AUREON LIMITED. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Software License Policy

Each license is granted to one customer and one device unless stated otherwise. Licenses are non-transferable and monitored through automated activation logs.

AUREON LIMITED reserves the right to deactivate or revoke licenses in cases of misuse or multiple unauthorized activations.

12. Anti-Fraud & AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Policy

AUREON LIMITED strictly adheres to the Hong Kong Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance and Payoneer’s global AML compliance framework. The company actively monitors suspicious activity using automated systems.

We may request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documents or withhold payments until verification is complete. Any transaction from sanctioned countries will be automatically rejected.

13. International Customer Policy

AUREON LIMITED serves customers globally except for jurisdictions restricted by Hong Kong or Payoneer. All transactions are processed in USD, and customer support is provided in English and Vietnamese.
